I am trying to login to my LED controller using 192.168.0.220 (WIN 10 & Macbook) but every time I get -

The Windows CE Web Server is enabled on this device.
This file is a placeholder and should be replaced. Please see your Platform Builder docs or our Web site at
What is causing this and how can I stop it?
