Windows CE on Micros WS4

I am trying to update a WS4 to the version of Windows CE that will work with the version of E7 I am using and when i try to execute the file on the USB flash drive I get the following error " 'Cannot find ws4_platform_RC_15.2' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and file name are correct"

The file is a zipped exe, any help would be greatly appreciated.

you need to unzip the file and put on usb then install on the ws.
