Hello All,
I have a bunch of expensive handheld scanners that are mobile computers, Symbol MC92N0 and Cipherlab 9700. We are moving our WMS and they want the mobile devices to connect via a web browser where as before we were connected via telnet. They recommend that we use Chrome but I'm having trouble finding any FF or Chrome variant that will install on there. It seems that .cab files will install but .exe will not nor will they run. My first thought was running a portable FF or Chrome but I cant find one that is truly standalone and not an exe.
Anyone have any thoughts on this? I have tried accessing their http WMS page via IE on my desktop and it doesnt function so I doubt IE version 8 will work when 11 doesnt.
