Windows CE 5.2.23137.5.3.9 - Bluetooth and Com Ports

When I go to "Start" - "Settings" - "Connections" - "Bluetooth" - "Add a new device" and then set-up a device, if I power the device off, it remains in the "Devices" tab under "Disconnected" and I cannot assign the com port to another device. Is there a way to release the Disconnected devices / com ports ?
