Windows can't find the MDB -- but i am clicking right on it!

We are moving to a new location and moving to Access 2007.
The tech staff created a build and used that build to install on each person's pc. Now, certain people try to access a database....they receive an error message that the system cannot find that file....THEY ARE CLICKING ON THE MDB in a folder. This works normally on several pc.s but not on all....Any ideas as to what is happening.

perhaps the folders are actually mapped and the mapping varies? one uses "S:\DB_Files\My.MDB" could have "S" mapped differently than another users "S"?

I would try to identify if the MDBs that had an issue included a space or spaces in their full path name.
