Version : Metaframe Presentation Server 4.0
OS : Windows Server 2003
Client : XP SP2

We are getting the following message on the client PC when trying to print a Crystal report via Citrix :

"Windows cannot connect to the printer.The printer spooler service is not running."

The event viewer on the server also has some autocreation failure messages.

We have given read , write and execute rights to Citrix users on the following folders/ files :

%SystemRoot%\System32\spool
%SystemRoot%\System32\ntprint.dll

Please Help !!!!

Check CTX_SMAuser account. It has to be started by local user account.
