Windows being stopped, but popup blocker if OFF??

I am using Windows XP with SP2, and strangely enough everything works fine in IE (strange I know)

When I tried to do somthing on HP website with Mozilla and also with Netscape, I click a link and NO window opens for the next page (but it does in IE)

The popup blocker has been turned off in Tools - Options - Web Features (Mozilla), but it still seems to be stopping them

Any ideas?

It possibly could be a javascript error, but more likely the site is "Optomized for Internet Explore", or is dependent on IE secure page authentication.
