Dear Sir/Madam:
I am using Windows 2000 Server built-in backup program to
do daily backup on Dell PowerEdge 1400 server which has
an internal DDS4 tape drive. Few weeks ago server has some
problems and I had to rebuild it. But now when I click on
Removable Storage, it says "No interfaces have been
registered. " And when I go to Backup program's Restore
tab, it only shows "File" under media type. Before it had
"4mm tape" listed under as well. Looks like it is not able
to find media tape anymore, but tape drive and driver is
working properly.
Any suggestion or comment?
Thanks in advance.
