I WOULD LIKE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE WINDOWS API. COULD I
GET SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR A GOOD BOOK/LEARNING TOOL.

Definitely get the Appleman book them get a copy of the API Guide utility from AllApi.com.

I just bought Appleman's book the other day. So far so good! I'll post a review once I have dug through it some more.

It helped me on a few of the problems that I was attempting to solve.
