Which COBOL compiler are you using? There are several that are available on Windows...

Hi Tom,

I am using the Net Express compiler. In the above mentioned structure the member dwActiveProcessorMask
can compile for both Win32 and Win64 target machines, and I set it to many different data types and sizes
to no avail.

would be a more proper link. As I look at this, as long as you can define small endian binary values in whatever it is you're using, you should be able to define this structure as all I can see is 2 or 4 byte binary values there. It'd be something like S9(4) COMP-5 or S9(8) COMP-5 if Net Express supports it. Can't help any more since I don't have a COBOL compiler here, but hopefully that will be a pointer in the right direction.
