Since you just repeated the question, I'll just repeat the answer as given "ACCS would not know about the expiration date. This should be handled by the AD side."
Windows shows a warning itself about two weeks before the password expires. What else do you need?
If the user waits until the password is expired, he is not able to login with the old password. He is forced to change the password. So everything should be fine with ACCS all the time.
