windows access control

we will be moving from netware to Windows AD and I have what should a simple issue. I created a share on the windows server, but cant figure out how to let a user see only the subdirectories of the share that he or she needs. I know how to either let them read or not read the subdirectories, but how do I keep them from seeing the ones they dont need?

Richt click on the folder and click Properties. Go to the Security Tab and uncheck List Folder Contents for the groups you don't want to grant the permission to.
