Windows 98SE Spanish to English- Help Please

Hi,
I need to change from Windows 98SE Spanish to Windows 98SE English. Do I have to completely start over or can I just reinstall the English version over the Spanish version?

Any assistance appreciated.

I'm not sure if this will work but,

Open the Control Panel, then Regional and change the language to English and set it as Default. New Zealand, a great place to live.
