what programs should be running right at startup on a windows 98 machine when you press ctrl+alt+delete?

Also i have a problem where when windows starts, it keeps telling me there is a shortcut missing , i installed and uninstalled a HP All-IN-One printer which is what it is looking for, how do i fix this problem?

P.S. Any help would be greatly appreciated

click start, go to programs then startup. maybe you can find the hp autostart there. if it's there, simply right-click on it and delete. if it's not there, click start, go to run and type msconfig. uncheck anything that looked like hp-related.

i hope this helps. peace! [peace]
