In our old windows 95 system, we run autoexec.bat to startup windows, and after windows 95 shuts down, it will continue to run autoexec.bat. Can I do this in windows 98 too? If yes, how?

Thank you!

Normally Win98 will shutdown when it exits the GUI, however it is possible to get around this, go to WIN98 ATX SHUT DOWN FIX on this link for several options. No, it is nothing to do with Win98 not shutting down properly, just a bad choice of words!

And for anyone else who just likes to mess with the registry go to a list that may keep you busy for a while!
