while I try to shut down the system, the system freezes.
I click on start-shutdown, then the windows screen comes up stating windows is shuting down, that's it! I thought probably it will take some time for the programs to close and so I left as it is in the night. Then in the morning it still the same window's screen stating windows is shutting down. I am not an expert and I am just a end user. Could some tell me simple words how I can resolve this problem please.. thankyou
