Windows 98 clients

My windows 98 clients are having trouble see the network. My nt and 2000 clients are not having this problem. They both do not have any problem logging in. The 98 clients have trouble seeing other computers in network neighborhood. What could be the possible problem?

HI

You probably have too many protocols in the network, and not all of them (probably TCPIP) configured correctly.
Redesign your network using only needed protocols.
Redesign TCPIP using DHCP, WINS, and internal DNS.

make sure you have file sharing enabled on the 98 boxes
even though all conventional wisdom says not to you need to to have some machines see the network
