windows 95

sir/madam,

is there a way where u can install win 95 on win 95
i.e can we patch up the lost files

or is it necessary to format once again & reinstall
basically io have a few installed prog & i fear that i will have to lose if i opt to format

pls guide me

I think you can do it by running setup off the cd from a dos prompt. If that doesnt work you may have to delete the install log from the previous version to be able to do it. If the first option doesnt work, email me and ill tell you how to go about the second option.

well i think that u should copy ur windows95 Os from ur cd to ur HDD try running it from HDD i think it will help u
