Windows 95 ICA Client upgrade to 9.1, now IE Hangs PC's

Hello

Recently upgraded a load of Windows 95 pc's to ICA Client version 9.1 to be able to use scroll mice. Purchased a load of scroll mice(USB) but also purchased USB to PS2 adaptors.
Now a few users are experiencing total freezing on their pc. The only fix is to clear their connection in CMC & reboot the pc. This only happens when using Internet Explorer(IE6).It's also intermittant, but always when using IE. Any information greatly appreciated.
