What is a good program to use to program phones for windows 7 Currently using Crosstalk right now

I use ZOC it does all usual rlogin, telnet, ssh, serial, etc. also a version of REXX for the scripting which is fairly simple to pickup.

Yes, I use ZOC although Procomm Plus is my main tool on Windows 7 at 32 bit. Ans that is because I'm used to using it.
