I don't have 2.6, but 2.5 runs fine.
As for 'any problems', other than the usual permissions issues you get with W7, there aren't any other real issues I've seen that weren't in XP, 2000, etc.
You might now want to consider migrating your applications up to Visual Foxpro 9 where you will see a LOT of enhancements and the ability to 'hook' into a whole host of 21st Century features.
The migration is not totally without a few challenges, but staying within a compatible language makes things a great deal simpler and the results are well worth the effort.
@jrbbldr - is it still possible to purchase 9? I was thinking you could only buy SQL Server or (ugh) Access now. I'll get checking on that, thanks for the tip!
Do a Google search for foxpro 9 buy and you will find a number of places to purchase it.
Also keep in mind that SQL Server is not an application development tool. It is a database 'backend' which can be accessed by a number of application development tools such as VFP9, VB.Net, ACCESS, and many others.
If/when you do your migration up to VFP9, remember that we are here to assist you with any challenges you might encounter.
BUT rather than posting your questions to this forum, you will want to use

Note - the biggest changes will be to get rid of the @Say/Get approach and begin using the VFP Forms and Report Forms. Even if you have been using FP Screens, these too will need to change to VFP's Forms.
Thanks for all the great helpful tips. I will check them out frequently now. So glad I don't have to move to something else, even though there is a lot of work to do.
