I have an access program that I and others have been using for about two years. It has been run on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 without any problems. One of the people that uses the program upgraded to Windows 7, and the program no longer will run. The program opens with a form. The user is supposed to make a selection and close the window. When this is done an append query is run and the switchboard comes up. The user running the program gets Error number 2950.

It says
Action Failed
Macro Name: ShowStatusUpdate
Condition: True
Action Name: Open Query
Arguments: qrySetShowStatus, Datasheet, Edit

There is a button that says Stop All Macros that can be pushed. However, then the database is opened as Read only.

Any ideas on what I need to do?

I have loaded the program on another computer that is not Windows 7 and I have no problems.

Just to give an update. We had already tried the Trust Center, and it did not resolve the problem. She is going to termporarily disable the User Access Control to see if that helps. I'll post the results as soon as I hear from her. Thank you for the suggestions.
