Windows 7 Sysprep - Unable to switch users?

I have just completed a test sysprep for deployment at my work, but once completed it does not allow for anyone to switch to another account. When Logging off/Switching it takes me to administrator login with only password type field.

I beleive its an option I either forgot or filled out incorrectly within this XML for the unattend script.
