HI There,

Has anyone had issues with importing .csv files running windows 7?

it is an IE8 issue actually.
go to Internet Explorer; Tools; Internet Option; Security; Custom; find the "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server" (it is quite a ways down) and click on "Enable"

Also can be fixed by adding the site to the trusted site list.
