Windows 7 Froms Appearance vs. XP

VB.Net 2008 Windows Forms App looks different on Win 7 than on XP where it was developed. A couple of things I noticed are the Grid column widths are not the same and some of the labels have a larger font and the text overlaps other controls. Is this a "Theme" problem? Is there an easy solution to this?
