I installed Promm Plus on Windows7. I thought everything was working ok. Until I went to review one of my Capture files. And none of the capture files were there. I then installed it in XP mode And it works ok. Has anyone else had this problem? I would rather not run it in XP mode.

wow I actually get to help out. :)

I ran into this also.

It has to do with permissions on the folder inside the program file\procomm....etc.. directory.

I just created a C:\capture folder. Gave the highest permissions I could to Users. And it works.

You may have trouble with Modifying/continuing a capture. Check the permissions on the folder by doing the following.

Right click on the Folder
select Properties
Tab to Security

Check out the settings there.

Hope that does help. If you know of a Windows 7 person who can share how to get it working properly. Let us know.
