Random the Terminal Server/Citrix session freeze for 15 seconds upto
some minutes for all clients connected.
The only TS/Citrix session is hanged but the clients OS (win95/98/NT/2K
are still working .
While the clients freeze session condiction appears the local Server
shell works fine .
After the issue condiction the client session regain the functionality
and all process are executed immediately after the freeze event end
(seems queued ).
There is any relation with specific applications.
The Perfomance Monitoring doen't traks CPU, Mem,Disks and Network
overloading .
