Windows 2k Task Scheduler problem

I run a Win2k Srv with SP4. I need to run a web log analyzer. I am using webalizer, as it's free. But than I need to run a dos batch file like every 15 minutes to generate the html pages from the IIS log file. I've put it into the task scheduler, but I am not sure if it runs properly. I believe that it doesn't runs when the console is locked.
I would need it to run even if console is locked and noone is logged on to the console.
If anyone have met this problem, please, reply me.
