Anyone have an idea why?

Windows 2k server.
Windows xp client.

every day, at seemingly a random time and for no apparent reason, just kicks off all clients, forcing a reboot/relogin.

Any Ideas?

Is the forcibly disconnect policy enableed? When this policy is enabled, it causes client sessions with the SMB Service to be forcibly disconnected when the client's logon hours expire.
