Absolutely! This is actually one of the pretty cool features of Novell's ZENworks. It's called Dynamic Local User (DLU). You can either have Novell seamlessly create the local user the first time a user logs in to a machine, or you can have Novell create/remove the DLU profile each time a user logs in. You can also use settings in DLU to use roaming profiles and some other settings.
You make the DLU settings as a configuration in the user policies. It also allows you to set what NT/2000 groups the DLU user is a member of.
