Windows 2008 Windows Update Settings Greyed Out 1

Hi all,

I'm having some trouble with a Windows 2008 server. There is a group policy in place which sets all computers to apply Windows Updates every day at 1300. As a result the Windows Update settings are greyed out on the server, I would like to change this to manual.

I can't seem to find a way of disabling the policy from applying to this server or manually over riding the Windows Update settings.

Any ideas please?

In the scope of the GPO, deny read access to the server.

I used the deny for applying the policy for the server in question and its done the trick!
