Windows 2003 VPN RRAS PPTP only works for one session

Hi,

I have set up a dual-homed 2003 server - one network is reachable from the internet, the other one is connected to my LAN.
I have enabled RRAS and enabled several PPTP ports
I can connect with my XP or Vista clients over PPTP to the server... add a couple of static routes on my client to have proper routing... everything works fine
However, after disconnecting that first session, I cannot connect again - I'm getting a time-out when trying to connect.
Restarting RRAS doesn't work, I have to reboot the server to make it work again
What could cause this and how can I solve it ?
