windows 2003 user groups secuity

Hi
I have a windows 2003 standard server edition. On the domain I have to user groups. I want to prevent the 1 group from accessing the control panel or display properties. I know you can set security properties on the group which will then filter down to the users. Does anyone know what properties in the security I must set to prevent the user from accessing the control panel or display properties?

If you look through the GPO, you'll see exactly the ones to turn off for that group.
