Hi,

We have using Windows terminal server 2003 for our office thinclient User.
We have 2 Windows 2003 terminal server with 16 GB RAM 500 GB HDD and Quadcore processor
as VMWARE guest OS. Each server has 40 to 45 users login to this servers.
Now we facing Login problem of "Your profile cannot be loaded please contact your administrator error" For this problem we time being reboot the server, once rebooted this problem solved temporally.

I Want Permanent solution for the above problem.
Kindly somebody help us to resolve the issue.

Thanks in advance,
Jagadeesh

This probably would have been better suited for the 2003 Server section located here:
Considering you put this post in the Vista section, are you saying that all client OS are Vista and you believe it is a Vista issue and not a server issue? If you log in with an administrator account do you ever run into the same issue or is it just user accounts? Assuming this is happening on both servers? What is your AD server? If you log in locally on a PC with the same domain credentials do you also have that issue?

Learning - A never ending quest for knowledge usually attained by being thrown in a situation and told to fix it NOW.

Here's an easy thing to try that seems to have solved at least a couple odd domain issues for me (different Windows versions, but concept is same across any half-way modern Windows OS, best I now):
1. Go to the problematic client PC(s)
2. Login on the domain
2. Remove client from domain
3. Reboot when prompted
4. Log in on local machine
5. Re-add machine to the domain
6. Reboot when prompted
7. Login to the domain again, and see if problem solved.
