I am looking for some information on windows 2003 TS, I have an issue where some users complain that settings for word 2003 do not persist after loging out. For example a user changes the switches auto correct on and when the logout and back on this option has not held.

Any thoughts on this subject would be most welcome.

Have you checked your TS policy?

Normally this is the case, if the policy is set to discard changes at log off.
