Hi,

I have setup Terminal Server at Windows 2003 server R2 std.
I don't know why when user logon (via remote desktop) and won't use for about 5 min. The server will log them out. They have to re-logon again.
I have to setup the idel time for 1 hour.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I need the idel time at least for one hour.

Thanks!

Go to TS Configuration right click and go to properties, there check the sessions tab.

Hi dberg35,
Thanks for your help!
I don't know why the system kick me out after 10 min.
If I have administrator permission, I don't have this problem.
Also, I set the idel time is 1 hour.

Any idea!

Thanks again!

Welcome, but remember this setting is for all users. If you want to set it per user like I do you will need to disable this.

Yes, I would like to setup for all users.
I don't know why the system log them out after 10 min but I did set the idel time for 1 hour.
If the user has administrator right, they don't have this problem.

Any idea?

Thanks!

As per my answer before
(Go to TS Configuration right click and go to properties, there check the sessions tab.)
There you set this up for all users to have that idle time.

Yes, I setup the idel time is 1 hour but don't know why the system automatically logout after 5min.

Do you know that is Windows 2003 R2 server?

Thanks!
