Windows 2003 SP2 issues

Hello.

I've recently applied the windows sp2 on my windows 2003 server. Once the server come back up I got an error message that network connections cannot start. I went to restart the service manually with no success. I've tried to uninstall the sp2 with no success either. Now the server comes up but i have not networking capabilities. Under my network properties nothing is shown no even my network card.
My server has only one NIC. Under the event viewer it shows EVENT ID #7022.

If someone can help me out I would appreciated.
