Hello,

Are there any known compatibility issues with Netbackup 5.x and W23K SP2?

Don't know of any off the top of my head. Your best bet is to check the 5.1 OS compatibility guide and see if there are any listed patches you must install, etc.

No, I just got off the same setup and went to 6.5.1 but there were no major issues with the config you suggest.
