Windows 2003 SP 2 approved for CallPilot 4?

Has Nortel approved the installation of SP2 for Callpilot 4.0.4. running on Win2k3, or is there a new PEP out with that update? We're getting pressured to install this on our IPE and rackmount systems but I didn't see anything about it on Nortel's site.

glarkin...i think what you are looking for would be
CPSECPEP006S.msi it has about 68 hotfixes and i think
one is for service pak 2.and the answer to your first
question about nortel is yes.this patch will take your
server out of service for a few seconds without telling
you and it takes up to an hour to run depending on your
system the you will have to restart the server.
