Windows 2003 - slow logins

I have recently added a Windows 2003 server to a Citrix farm consisting of Windows 2000 servers (XPe FR3 SP3).

Logging on to a 2000 member server takes about 30 seconds but logging on to the 2003 server takes about 1 minute 45 seconds.

I have turned on User Environment verbose logging and find that there is a 60 second pause in the process at the start of GPO processing between the first GetGPOInfo line and the Server connection established line.

Anybody out there had the same issue - anybody got any suggestions ?

I am sure there is a MS article about slow logins with SP1, go and have a look at that. On Win2K3.
