Hello,

Other than the 10 limit users for a share,what's the difference between sharing folders with NTFS from windows XP,Server 2003? Is the security the same?

Relatively, yes. Remember there are 2 types of security, there's NTFS permissions on the hard drive, as well as the sharing permissions.
