Hi, we need to estabish how many 2003 std / enterprise edition servers we have. i have done an AD ldap query, so i can determine the total number of 2003 servers and their SP level, but is there anyway i can determine the edition? unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be like a service pack attribute.

thanks for your help.

the operatingSystem attribute should contain the true edition (Windows 2003 Standard vs. Windows 2003 Enteprise for example)
