Windows 2003 Server and Visionfs

Hi all,
I have an issue with accessing Visionfs shares on a SCO UNIX server from a W2k3 machine. I am able to access these same shares from Win9x and XP machines no worries (I recall I had to enable plain text passwords when I set some of them up years ago), but With or Without Plaintext Passwords enabled on the W2K3 server, I get an 'Acess is denied' error when trying to access files across the network.
Is anyone aware of a way around this, or the compatibility of W2k3 server and Visionfs?
