Hello!

Need some help on co-existance/migration between our new Windows 2003 Server system and old Novell 5 box running NDS.

This is the case:

We are currently running approx 50 users with Windows XP that use Novells Client32 to login to a NDS tree and Novell. Here they access a share with files that are used daily.

We have installed a new W2003 server with AD and intend to migrate all users from Novell to Microsoft login during approx 1 month.

When all users have been migrated we plan to move the share to the W2003 server.

Questions:

- In what way can we let a migrated XP client logging on to AD connect to Novell and access the share at the same time as client not yet migrated are still using Novell login?

- Are there any Gateway tools we can use if this is not possible natively?

- Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Josef
