I have a Windows 2003 server that I've shared a folder and allowed 'everyone' full access. All network machines can access the folder just fine with no login prompt. If I attempt to access the shared folder from the same server that it resides, I get a login prompt. I attempt to login to access it but no accounts seem to work. I have a remote terminal into the server and logged in using my domain username and password. I just don't get it. Thanks for your help.

Have you checked NTFS permission on the folder you are trying to acccess. When you are accessing the folder localy the shared permissions are not valid.
