I work for a company and we recently upgraded our servers to windows 2003 server. We were using redmon previously to redirect our print ports to cmd and .bat files for postscript conversion to pdf. We found out from the programmer of redmon that windows 2003 has disabled the spooler and such to use shell cmd and .bat services. Does anyone know a solution for us?
Our users basically print to a print queue which as it's final output sends the created .pdf to a specific folder for that particular user to retrieve.
