Hello all, I have a questions about Windows Terminal server licensing. I have built a 2003 r2 Terminal server and activated it. I used a per user setting because I bought a 5 user terminal server cal. When I go into the terminal server licensing, I am asked to provide a client license key pack id. I don't have this, all I have is a peice of paper stating that I have this MS GSA W2003 Term Svr Cal User 5 from CDW.

I was reading that the per user setting is not managed by the licensing server, you have to use the honer system.

What do I have to do to make sure the server dows not expire??

Thank you,

You should have gotten an email with the license Authorization Number and Agreement Number. Then in Terminal Server License Manager there is a add License. Click the link and input you numbers to get the License Key Pack
