Windows 2003 r2 snmp block

Dear All
I have iPecs LIK connected to NMS windows 2003 R2 , the NMS application sends SNMP msg's every few minutes for connecting the system , but the OS win2003 sends snmp after one hour
Does anyone have experience how to solve this problem

if i understand you correctly you need 2003 to send more frequent snmp , if thats the case you could write a batch file implementing this and add it to task schedular.
