Windows 2003 R2 HDD

I loaded vmware server on my AD machine.
Error while loading Windows 2003 R2. 'Setup did not find any HDD installed in your computer'. HDD are SATA if that makes a difference.

BTW the host OS is Windows 2003 R2 and loaded without the need for RAID drivers.

Deleted VM recreated VM using defaults, and setup is working.
