Windows 2003 R2 application install error.

Hello,

I have built a new W2K3 R2 O/S on a Dell R710 server. Everything seems to be working great, until I try to install an application. The application will error out with an popup (Fatal Application error) inside the popup it says "Exit due to error: 33 - Could not open image file". We have installed this on many servers Dell - (R710), IBM etc, no issues.. I have copied from the CD to local drive, across the network, from cmd prompt, install as Administrator.. always the same error.. There are no switches to install from command prompt.. Very odd.. Can't figure this out.. Anyone have any suggestions?
